- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to generate production orders and track material availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to accurately predict future demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for effective inventory control.
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process that may impact delivery timelines.
- Continuously improve planning processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Experience - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of MRP systems and inventory control principles.
- Proficient in using forecasting tools and techniques to predict demand patterns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
