Includes but not limited to collecting rent, making deposits, oversee maintenance tasks, maintain 100% occupancy.
Computer experience with Word and Excel is required as well as ability to use other office equipment to copy, scan, and fax.
Hourly pay based on prior experience with property management.
Working knowledge of Yardi Breeze tenant software a plus.
