Loan Services Processor Supervisory
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Receive/process requests for loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Request flood determinations, appraisals, title opinions and title insurance, etc.
Work with Lenders, borrowers, attorneys, insurance companies to clear all pending conditions to prepare closing documents/packages by designated closing dates.
Prepare loan disbursement and closing packages.
Other duties as assigned.
Help determine potential processing problems and work with supervisor toward solutions.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Prior loan processing experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Ability to prioritize/manage daily workload to meet deadlines.
Team player willing to assist others and learn new tasks.
Job Type:

$45,000.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
