Summary:
We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Duties:
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or online platforms - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate records of appointments and client information - Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling - Provide information about services and products to potential clients - Assist in outbound calling campaigns for appointment reminders or promotions Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficiency in data entry to maintain accurate records - Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving a wider range of customers
