Supervise approximately 20 employees.
Responsible for Hatchery operations, to include changes in production, and being able to perform all jobs in the Hatchery
Assist Hatchery Manager with interviews/selection of new employees.
Coach, counsel and discipline Hatchery employees.
Chick Delivery scheduling and Set Sheets.
Manage inventory of eggs and medications.
Complete Payroll and Drivers Pay sheets to ensure all employees are paid correctly.
Enter information into SAP system to include Egg Delivery and Pick-Up. Eggs
Set and Chick Placement, Fertility, Chicks Hatched and Eggs that are bought or sold.
Calculate bills and producing check requests for Embrex and ADF
Creating excel spread sheets programs to be used in the Hatchery.
The individual is responsible for Egg sets.
Must be available 24/7 on weekends and work Holidays as needed.

Previous supervisory experience required
The individual must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
The individual must possess good leadership and decision making skills.
The individual must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, push and pull up to 800 lbs wheeled dollies.
2 Years experience in related field
High School Diploma or GED required.
College Degree preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
