WORKING CONDITIONS:Mostly indoor working conditions with temperatures between 64-100. Outside working conditions will vary according to the weather conditions. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:? Always use correct PPE for individual job tasks.? Hearing protection must be worn during chick processing. ? Fall protection must be used in the event work is over 4' from ground level. QUALITY REQUIREMENTS:? Monitor incubators and hatchers for proper temperatures, humidity, and overall operation. ? Monitor setter and hatcher hallways for proper temperature, humidity, and positive pressure. ? Make certain all GMP's are followed at all times as they relate to safety and Animal Welfare. PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS: ? Make a machine check twice daily during shift, these checks are to be recorded. ? Monitor temperature of hallways and egg room. ? Monitor all production equipment on hatch days. ? Assist in chick processing as necessary. MAJOR JOB SPECIFICATIONS:? Monitor all incubators and hatchers during shift. ? Respond to all alarms in a timely manner. ? Maintain preventative maintenance programs on all equipment. ? Responsible for switching to city water during a power failure. ? Keep hatchery management informed on inventories and needed parts. ? Monitor hatch percentage of flocks daily. ? Investigate drops in hatchability. ? Monitor ventilation equipment daily. ? Must be able to read and write in English in order to perform checks. ? Must also communicate with maintenance and management with written notes about issues with equipment or other issues during shift. ? Contact Hatchery management of any machine problems or power outages. ? Any other tasks assigned by management. ? Maintain incubators, hatchers, and other equipment in World Class State at all times. ? Take ownership of the maintenance program. ? Investigate problems; work with other employees, and hatchery management.? Work Saturdays and possible Sundays as needed to complete repairs ? Rotate with other mechanics for a night time and weekend on call schedule THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ACCORDING TO WORK PROCESSES, MACHINERY CAPABILITIES AND SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
